Green Belt (June 2004)
Certified in applying tools and techniques to enable breakthrough process and quality improvements utilizing the Six Sigma methodology.  Techniques included application of the DMAIC project methodology, along with statistical methods, to identify and remove the causes of defects (errors) and to minimize variability in manufacturing and business processes.
